On course for growth: MVGM opens branch office in Cologne with Chantal Thelen as team leader

Frankfurt am Main / Cologne, March 12, 2022 – The internationally operating real estate service provider MVGM continues its growth course and opens a new branch office in Cologne. The real estate service provider is thus reacting to the current order situation and the growing demand in the region. With the opening of the location in the Rhine metropolis, around 400 employees work for MVGM at 16 locations and seven project offices in well-known shopping centers throughout Germany. The team management in the new office will be taken over by Chantal Thelen. The 30-year-old has worked for MVGM, formerly JLL, in various roles since 2017, most recently as key account manager, among other positions. Thelen is a trained real estate agent and also holds a Bachelor Real Estate from EBZ Business School. Her previous positions include Hochtief Property Management, Generali and Ampega Asset Management. The office in Cologne is currently still under construction and is to be further expanded quickly, which is why a move to larger premises will take place soon. With its presence in Cologne, MVGM aims to move even closer to the properties it manages for its clients in order to provide them with the best possible support. At the same time, MVGM sees a growth perspective in the region with the establishment of the new location. MVGM recently took over the management of a large residential portfolio from Deutsche Invest Immobilien AG (d.i.i.) in Cologne-Bayenthal.
