Rijswijk, December 8th, 2022 – The internationally operating real estate service provider MVGM is presenting a new brand identity. The claim “Passion for People and Property” brings together what MVGM is all about: understanding and an unconditional commitment to people and property. With its new corporate identity, MVGM is setting a new step in its European growth strategy. After years of strong growth, the property manager from the Netherlands, which has its headquarters in Rijswijk, wants to make a unified brand with its new corporate identity.
After numerous acquisitions and integrations of companies, the opening of new locations and the further expansion of its range of services, the new corporate identity is an important milestone in the growth process of MVGM. The brand relaunch is based on strategic considerations of development potential and is intended to contribute to a recognisable brand image as well as strengthen the position in the market and as an employer brand.
MVGM has grown into one of the largest European real estate service providers in recent years. Through organic growth and numerous acquisitions, a total of 1,500 employees in 41 locations in nine European countries are employed by MVGM. In The Netherlands alone, the real estate service provider currently manages a total of 6.1 Mio sqm of residential and commercial space at 17 locations.
Janno de Haas, Chairman of the Board, MVGM International, says: “The brand promise ‘Passion for People and Property’ plays a central role in our new brand identity. We want to show that we always focus on people in our work as that is the essence of what we do, whether it is our employees, our tenants or our clients”
Maarten de Haas, Managing Director Europe, adds: “The demands on property management has risen in recent years. It is no longer enough to be just a property manager, we need to work as one entity with our partners and clients. This relates to the required expertise in individual property types as well as the expansion of the range of services. The spectrum is diverse and ranges from requirements for transparency and reporting standards to digitalisation, advice on ESG criteria and the implementation as well as optimisation of operating costs. With the new corporate identity, MVGM will further expand its leading role as a full-service real estate provider.”
