Amazon
The asset is located in Barcelona and consists of 2 separate buildings, with a total area of approximately 57,000 sqm. One of the buildings is a logistic warehouse with office area on the first floor and a parking in the basement. The other building is an electric carparking for delivery vans with 3 floor above the ground and 1 below the ground. It is rented to Amazon and is used as a last mile warehouse. It is BREEAM Excellent certified.

With more than 44,000 sqm of GLA and 130 shops, it opened its doors in November 2000.
Refurbished in 2020, it has important retailers such as Zara, Eroski, Dunnes Stores, H&M, Media Markt, mk2 Cinesur…and a wide and varied range of restaurants.

Gdański Business Center
Gdański Business Center (GBC) is a modern complex consisting of four class A office buildings in the center of Warsaw. The project offers 101,000 m² of commercial space. Apart from office space, GBC also features retail and service space. The complex has been granted a BREEAM environmental certificate with an Excellent rating. Gdański Business Center is a place with many service and retail points, a courtyard with greenery, and hard landscaping available to the general public. The project also offers more than 1,400 parking spots, and excellent infrastructure for cyclists, including bike racks both outside and in the garage, drying room, changing rooms and showers.
