Frankfurt am Main, 15 August 2022. The internationally active real estate service provider MVGM has been commissioned by HIH Real Estate (HIH) to manage a residential and commercial portfolio with a total of more than 230 units. The properties with a total rental area of around 22,000 sqm are held by various special funds and are spread over four locations: Heidelberg, Leimen, Germersheim and Rottweil. The properties include around 480 car parking spaces. The largest location is Heidelberg with around 105 residential and ten commercial units.
MVGM takes over the commercial and technical property management for HIH, the leading real estate and investment manager in Germany. MVGM is also responsible for lettings management for the approximately 100 residential units in Leimen and Germersheim.
Dirk Tönges, Managing Director MVGM Germany, says: “We are pleased that HIH continues to rely on us. With the new property management contract, we now manage a total of around 380 residential and commercial units with a total rental area of around 33,000 sqm at five locations for HIH.”
