VvE Management Plus

I live with my two children in a lovely 3-room apartment in Breda. Nice building though. Our VvE is standing still a bit and nobody here feels really responsible for it. We definitely need support here. A few residents are actively involved, but most of them are waiting to see which way the wind is blowing. Some have even clearly indicated that they don’t want to have anything to do with the HOA. They’ll probably be gone next year. For the time being, I’ll see to it that all owners are called together for the annual meeting, so that we can at least decide what we want to save for.»

More structure would really help us. One party to support us with all the necessary things, such as breakdown maintenance and planned maintenance, for example. For a while there was overdue maintenance and we just couldn’t manage to turn this problem into action. And we could also use some help with the finances, such as debtor management and drawing up the annual accounts. It is so easy to go wrong with that and it is annoying when you have that responsibility. Also in matters such as damage control and support at meetings there is quite a lot of time.

Together with some residents who, like me, have lived here for a long time, we looked for a solution. In the end I chose MVGM’s VvE Beheer Plus package. In the basics, that’s exactly what we were looking for. MVGM understands our situation and takes the necessary work off our hands. In any case, that gives our VvE the necessary air.
